ummm… they aren't kidding. someone hacked the game to check his stats and his IV's and EV's were really good. seriuosly this isn't a joke.
It evolves? what is this crap! I played through to a certain part in the game then I decided I hated Joey calling me and I also hated the water type starter. I then chose the cynaquial (grammer hammer request) and Avoided Joey at all costs.
Well having a Pikachu that is THE top fucking percentile helps. Who needs to evolve it anyways?
