Hey guys! If you haven’t heard, Team Fortress has finally started their 2nd annual Halloween special event, and in honor of that we’ve switched our second TF2 server “OGRETIME” into Halloween mode!
Until November 8th OGRETIME will be known as HALOLZWEEN OGRETIME, and it’ll feature 24-7 Halloween maps and more exploding pumpkins than you can shake a sticky bomb at! Be sure to stop by and play some TF2 with us!
Note: at times the server may be password protected. If it is, you can join by using password “bro4life”.

Yes, I am FINALLY posting the details on this years Halolz pumpkin carving contest!
No I didn’t forget about it! I’ve just been dragging my feet! :O
Anyway for those unfamiliar with it, this is our third annual “Halolzween Pumpkin Carving Contest” which is a chance for you Halolz submitters to get your hands dirty and see who can come up with the most creative, detailed and original video game themed Halloween pumpkins!
If you think you have what it takes to make a kick-ass video game Halloween pumpkin (and want to receive some fabulous prizes) read on!

And finally, our 1st place winner for 2009….. with an overwhelming 23 (out of 24 points)……
Ian Wagner and his awe-inspiring “Mother Brain & Baby Metroid” pumpkin set! Pretty amazing job, right? Well it’s certainly not surprising as he was our 1st place winner in 2008 as well! (with his impressive Samus pumpkin)
For a second year of impressing the Halolz judges, Ian will be getting another mountain of shirts (and other stuff) from Ninja-Bot!
Congratulations… and congrats to everyone for making our second annual pumpkin carving contest a big success! In fact to thank everyone who entered we will be sending out consolation prizes to everyone who entered this year! Just keep watching your email for more info!

Mama mia! Add that to the list of things I don’t want to see coming out of my pipes!
Not only is OmeletGood’s “Piranha Plant” (which got 17 points) scary enough to frighten off the neighbors kids, but it brings me back to the classic days of Super Mario Bros! A win-win! And speaking of winning, he won a pile of stuff from Ninja-Bot! Great job!

OH DEAR GOD NO!! Christ I thought that moon was creepy in Majora’s Mask… but as a pumpkin… oh man it’s far worse!

In 4th place (with 10 points), a pumpkin that even comes with it’s own TF2 update page… the “Candy-spenser” by Kyle Schouville! Who needs health and ammo when you can have DELICIOUS CANDY!
