Actually a pokemon with just rare candies will never compete with a pokemon of the same level when they naturally trained. Nor the protien or carbos since they take a while to work and is limited in how much they effect.
No, this Wobbuffet has been EV training exclusively against Machamps. That's why he is ripped.
