Ahhhhh… hey I’m back.
Sorry for the massive failure in updates. My first month as a father has been a little crazy and I let a lot of things slide in my life, including the ol’ Halolz site. Of course no one is interested in my excuses/personal life… so instead I’ll just get back to updating the site!
And wow, I was a little blown away by all the comments on the last post before I had to bail on you guys. Glad most of you were able to keep yourself entertained! :P If you guys don’t get it to at least 300 I’m going to be severely disappointed!
Oh and the site is going to go through some big changes in the next few weeks… I’ve got something planned… hopefully you’ll dig it.
Thanks for sticking around, and I will try to catch up on all those submissions as quickly as possible.

Sorry for another short lapse in posts followed by a boring news article about myself… just had to let everyone know, on Monday morning my girlfriend had our baby! Sophie Louise Handyside. Pics will be up on the Staccato blog today (I hope).
I am currently in the process of deciding what color DS Lite to get her.

Hey everyone, sorry for the sudden week off! A few people may already know this, but I moved to a new state last weekend, and then with all the unpacking and holiday stuff with the family, I’m just now getting my computers set up. Guess I should have gotten someone else to take over the posting… but oh well… it’s not like I move a lot!
So anyway posting resumes today! Hope there aren’t too many Thanksgiving themed ones I missed out on…

Hey everyone! I was hoping to update the sidebar of the site more often with news, but with all the insanity in my life recently it’s been hard enough keeping up with the regular blog posts!
So yeah, we’ve been getting a ton of submissions! Thanks to everyone who has sent something in, and our apologies if it takes us a few days before we even get a chance to look at them. We’ve been trying to post four or five on weekdays and two on weekend days, but of course we have our busy days.
As for the site design, there are a lot of problems (which is why we still consider this “beta”), but we have been really happy with the sites functionality and hopefully in the next month I will have a lot of free time to put into a site redesign. The way the site has been going so far I’m definitely willing to invest more personal time into it.
Speaking of which, my personal life is getting a bit insane (more info will be up on the Staccato blog), but one of the biggest things is that I have to leave my current job. Now I never plan on asking people for donations, but what I will ask is that if you like the site and would like to help support it, consider picking up one of our awesome t-shirts on Ninja-Bot. We have three new designs that just went up for presale, and as a bonus any shirt purchased during the presale period is 15% off. So yeah, if you’d like to help the site that’s an excellent way to do it!
