In World Languages class we finally got around to looking at Japanese, in this case the unique features of their poetry.
Two haiku, one spring and the other autumn, by Ono-no Komachi and Fujiwara-no Tadafusa respectively, in a row. I understand that the Fujiwara were a fairly large an prosperous houshold, and that Onozuka Komachi has no relation to Ono-no Komachi…
