For a second, I read that as Pikmin Crossing
That, I feel, would have been a lot more disturbing upon retrospect, and I ask why?
Mainly due to having to yank Villagers out of the ground by their hair and ordering them around Like an Imperial Commissar
That's probably how communism works

There would be one good thing about this game:
When Nook comes demanding his bells, just capture him in a PokeBall and leave him in your computer.
Well at least we'll never run out of villagers to meet anytime soon.
