Sad story. Tails had been living in Sonic's shadow for years now. Fed up with not getting the publicity, the notoriety, and of course, the furry fangirls, Tails entered a spiraling depression with no end in sight. Fed up with living life without joy, Tails decided to end it all. He went to the lake, took off all of his clothing (except for his shoes, those are kind of glued on), waded out to the bottom, and let his timer run out.
It would have worked, but he couldn't do it.
… He literally could not do it. Suicide is impossible when you have infinite lives.
I can think of one thing that kills an Immortal:
Someone needs to decapitate Tails.
Then they must hold their sword high above their head, and shout to the heavens "I HAVE THE PO-………….wait……..THERE CAN BE ONLY OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
