Think about it. First and foremost, the worst she can do is explode. Therefore, you can do anything you want to her. Anything. Grope her? Pile your face into her? Fuck her? All she can do about it is die in an effort to hurt you. The average creeper explosion cannot kill a human at full health, meaning you get off with only a scratch.
Better yet, if she does take a liking for you, that's a free girlfriend substitute that sacrifices a beautiful face for an impregnable body. Ever lasting sex without consequence? Yes please.
Lastly, in the case that she does give birth to a half-human half-creeper, that leaves you with beneficial choices. If you're a family man, you can stay with them to be happy in life, as well as be accepted into the creeper community. No more being blown up in an aggressive manner. If you're turned away from the idea of a creeper family, you can continue the pre-baby process until she either explodes in realization of that you're using her, leaving no trace but a few mutant creepers, or defeat her to get some gun powder. The anti-family choices only have guilt as a real consequence, which will vary depending on how attached you get to the explosive species (which hopefully won't be too much, given what they've done to you before).
tl;dr -- If you see a female creeper, do whatever you want to her because nothing bad will really happen to you.
