Meanwhile, in a secret office somewhere underneath Miami's surface:

Jack leans back on his desk, fingers wrapped between each other, a coy smile on his face flickering as his neck slowly starts to rise.

As the man was just about to finish the sentence, he falls forward onto the desk, his chin hitting the edge with a sickening crack. The handle of a wrench could be seen protruding from his back, twisted in a horrific fashion.
Jack, getting up, walks over to the man's corpse, transforming into a husky Texan wearing a 1940's-style engineering outfit. He leans down to the man, and with a slight bit of accomplishment in his voice, whispers "Nope."
After all, it's his United States of NOPE.
