I didn’t think everyone here would’ve understood the joke presented in the pic (and I apologise if you do and it’s just a bad joke).
It relates to the events in “Tales of Monkey Island” where Guybrush’s hand gets infected by the Voodoo Pox of LeChuck to which he’s then sent on a quest to try to remove it.
As you can see Wolf is stopping him from doing so.
Again I apologise if its just presented badly.
