Not only did you use six syllables in the last line, but haikus actually require for the second line to be tied to a seasonal change of sorts, as well as a following hook from the first and second line…

Look, Shawn, buddy, I don't mean to tell you how to run your own site, but goddammit, I sent probably 30 or moreso submissions. At least ONE of those had to have been better than this crap.

Shawn, I understand. You're a father, you have stuff to do, cons to prepare for, and the like. Sifting through mounds of e-mails for Halolz submissions probably isn't among your ten highest priorities right now.
But if you can find the time for these submissions, surely you can find time to post the good ones. I've seen plenty on the forums that were sent in to you, but they never get posted…
So I propose this… a separate e-mail address that would be known only to regular users of Halolz, since our submissions are usually better. If you're clamoring to get something up, reach into that little pool, and pick one out. It's pretty much guaranteed to be good.
