When I play Spy, I often tele-frag Engis that stand on their teleporter exits when removing sappers. This video made me happy to see an Engi getting revenge!

I'm not quite sure I understand what's going on here. How is he killing people when he ports in? Does that just happen, or is he attacking on port in? (plays with a mean engie who likes to port his teammates to bad places so I don't use teleporters much)

In Team Fortress 2, you can "tele-frag" someone if they are standing on the exit of the teleporter when someone of the opposite team teleports in.
The most common use I've seen of this is a spy sapping a teleporter entrance, standing on the sapped entrance, and when the engi removes the sapper from the exit (since they are connected) if he is a bad engi and standing on the teleporter he will be killed, allowing the spy to resap and move on :D
