Seeing's how DOG threw a Combine uparmored Vehicle over 100 feet with relative ease, tossed Alyx, Gordon, and a wrecked car over a canyon into an enemy base, and dead lifted a 50 foot high and 5 foot thick solid steel barrier, I'd say he'll have no problem.
