Make the medkits peels and you have your self a deal.
He tried this before with pills, but it didn't work out too well. Have you ever seen that guy so hopped up on painkillers that when a thrown chunk of concrete knocked him over he just got up and muttered something about peels? How many drugs do you need to be on to believe that was due to tripping on peels?!

After the Tank tried this with Pills, he got his ass kicked by Louis. So he bought too many Med Packs, and needs something to do with them.
This proved to be more effective than the Tanks "Hey look over there" method

that's actually a effect campaign stragety. if the tank is in a room you can go around, go around it without alerting it. or if you can't get past it, wait about 30 seconds, it should die.

I got an easy solution given one assumption. If the military tried and failed to contain this, where are the dead snipers deployed with their AS50 sniper rifles. a .50 Cal round would surely remove anything's head.
