CAN’T LET YOU COPY THAT, MEGA BLOKS!

No one steals Wolf’s Landmaster design! He stole it from team Star Fox fair and square!

It's alright, I gave it a 3/5. Not the worst one of the bunch.

  2. MrRaccoon on August 20th, 2009 1:48 am

    BLASPHEMY!!!!
    That's Lego! LEGO!!!

  3. Leo058 on August 20th, 2009 1:51 am

Can't let you sue them, Wolf.

  4. Someguy5031 on August 20th, 2009 1:54 am

I give it a 5 for the block building. the author was probably looking for a caption to add to the picture.

  5. RE_TVirus on August 20th, 2009 1:55 am

    I want it.

  6. KingofRetards on August 20th, 2009 1:57 am

Haha, I used to get so angry when I was a little kid and my parents bought me megablocks instead of legos…. Good memories.

  7. Ataeru on August 20th, 2009 2:14 am

but the landmaster has already been copied…
so does that mean its a can't let you, can't let you copy that, megabloks!, wolf!?
    but how can anyone stop wolf from a can't let you do that? 0_o;
    *headache from paradox*

  8. Badonk on August 20th, 2009 2:23 am

    LEGGO MY…LEGO'S!

  9. Badonk on August 20th, 2009 2:24 am

    or worse, Duplo… the horror…

  10. Badonk on August 20th, 2009 2:25 am

I would have gone with Cant let you build that, Starfox.

    but thats me

  11. smashpro1 on August 20th, 2009 2:26 am

but Duplo is a product from the Lego company, there fore, they are real Legos

  12. MrRaccoon on August 20th, 2009 2:34 am

Of course! It's a difficult to get joke. See, this is made of Legos, and wolf says Megablocks can't copy it. So it's true! Megablocks will never reach the awesomeness Lego can! You can not let them do that Star Wolf!

  13. Wiibejammin on August 20th, 2009 2:42 am

If you build it…they will cum

  14. Taiho on August 20th, 2009 3:18 am

If it has working lights and the lego RC kit then I will declare it the best build ever!

  15. AreUExperienced on August 20th, 2009 3:30 am

I wonder if the creators of Mega Blocks have ever heard of the term "copyright infringement?" If so, it would appear that Wolf O'Donnell is not the only sentient being without any sort of moral scruples.

Builder: "But…I was gonna have fun with this thing…"

  17. MrRaccoon on August 20th, 2009 4:13 am

    I agree
And a little modeled wolf inside of it

  18. MrRaccoon on August 20th, 2009 4:14 am

Lego is not for geeks! It's for engineers! D:<

  19. ThePinkSpartan on August 20th, 2009 4:26 am

The wolf would be difficult, but I think I could work the decals.

Anybody think they got the pieces?

  20. ThePinkSpartan on August 20th, 2009 4:34 am

Actually, there's a difference between legos and mega blocks. Legos studs are ever-so-slightly tapered to have the tops wider, so the blocks lock together better. Megablocks studs and mounts are perfectly straight. The studs are just slightly larger than the space they occupy.

Megablocks are also much larger than legos, usually about three times the size, and not to the same dimensional scale. The 'people' are also of a different, though somewhat similar, design.

Also, I think the quote suits it better if you take the approach that something this intricate could only be build out of legos… Megablocks simply don't have the piece variety, let alone the ability to custom-order certain stock shapes in custom colours.

  21. AreUExperienced on August 20th, 2009 4:41 am

A very sophisticated analysis of the rather mundane, I must say.

  22. theevilone4 on August 20th, 2009 5:05 am

    Legos? Mundane? Pfft.

  23. theevilone4 on August 20th, 2009 5:05 am

But they are for little children.

  24. theevilone4 on August 20th, 2009 5:06 am

I agree. This is definitely NOT the worst Lego-based Wolf submission that had been posted on this site.

  25. AreUExperienced on August 20th, 2009 6:18 am

I imagine the construction and distribution of them must be.

  26. Taiho on August 20th, 2009 6:38 am

If only I hadn't sold my legos! I think the fiber-optics from the old space shuttle kit would be perfect for the gun barrel.

  27. theevilone4 on August 20th, 2009 7:33 am

This is true. I concede the point.

  28. AreUExperienced on August 20th, 2009 3:38 am

Who shall be coming? The fanboys due to the fact that one of their kin spent so much time fashioning this considerably geeky (yet simultaneously cool) item or the furries due to the Star Fox association?

  29. LOLCUNO on August 20th, 2009 7:53 am

    You mean lego, right?

  30. Deadalive on August 20th, 2009 7:57 am

Clearly, you are not aware of Wolf's near mythical reputation on this site; indeed, only Captain Falcon himself is viewed with as much reverence and awe as Mr. O'Donnell.

  67. Badonk on August 21st, 2009 4:34 am

    o shit! its Sean Connery!

Lego and Megablocks will never be the same. Lego is the original. I recognized it as lego when I saw the piece at the end of the cannon. That piece, if I'm not mistaken, has been used as a pair of binoculars. Megablocks isn't MEGA at all.

@ MasqueNoMercy: They had Halo Megablocks? WTF… Imagine if the Lego Group got a hold of it… It would be amazing what they could do with it. Megablocks is way too specialized… Out of one Megablocks set, I made… 3 models. Out of one Lego set, I made approximately 20 different models with the same number of pieces.

Best Lego series: Technic, Bionicle, Creator. Can't wait till the new Bionicle Movie.

  73. Sir_McCloud on August 21st, 2009 5:14 pm

    Allow me to clarify.

First of all, smashpro1 is right. It is from the Lego Co. They were made because the imaginative engine in a small child needs to have its own adrenaline. Lego is too small and therefore poses a risk to children of that size and wisdom. Duplo was made twice the dimensions (or four times the original size) so it wouldn't fit in the mouth of a one year old. Unless of course, that baby is a snake. I digress.

I have discovered that you CAN combine the original Lego, Lego Duplo, and Lego Quatro (approx 16 times bigger than that of the original). To wit, take a 2X2 of each type. Place the original on a stud of the Duplo, and the Duplo on a stud of the Quatro. They fit quite well, actually.

The bottom line is: Duplo and Quatro were designed to be safe for small children to use, and, can be scheduled for a graduating mind, when they finally think, "Putting these in my mouth would be a bad Idea."

    yours informingly,

    Sir McCloud
    A Lego fan since 1998

  74. AreUExperienced on August 21st, 2009 7:36 pm

I beg to differ; if there is one thing Wolf is more fond of than denial, it is praise for his mastery of the art.
