Oh sure, those “Meet The” videos from Valve are great… but why not save some time and just meet the whole team at once?

Whats with all the red team love? Blu FTW!

This Vid is a little old but its a classic. They filmed the hole thing in slow motion and speed it up to make everyone seem professional.

Old, but this little thing is by far the best TF2 machinima I have ever seen. I mean, look at those credits!

Can't let you cap that, BLU Scout!

  4. Jusenkyo on July 6th, 2009 7:07 pm

    Pretty boring.

  5. Darkangelsv1 on July 6th, 2009 7:07 pm

Poor Pyro, no one likes him…

  6. kirbyownsyou97 on July 6th, 2009 7:25 pm

awesome machinima, and a nice touch at the credits. all in all, deserves a five.

  7. NoShoe4You on July 6th, 2009 8:11 pm

Proof that the heavy CAN hit the broad side of a door to save his life… Now if only he could hit the Reds.

Love it. It clearly had a lot of work poured into it and the result is a quality machima. The only thing I would highlight is the differing amount of focus on each class -- some got far more screen time then others. But that's how things go in the game as well and it all flows together fluidly, so there's little point in demanding to see more of a certain class =)

    Ultimately, it's awesome. 5 stars!

Team Fortress requires teamwork, especially in machinima such as this. That is why I think it owns so hard.

The Heavy is poweful emotionally as well.

  11. Sigma on July 6th, 2009 11:37 pm

    Well, maybe he was nervous.

Looked good. However, it never really impressed me or made me laugh. Well acted, but it looked more like BLU team was a bunch of idiots than like RED team was good.

Good fundalentally but it didn't really seem inspired of funny to me. 3/5

  13. MrRaccoon on July 7th, 2009 3:32 am

    Can you say P0WNED?

  14. Seb on July 7th, 2009 6:20 am

Yeah it obviously took alot of work to make this but it really isnt what you usually get from these guys. I expected more funny really and like somebody has already said it got kinda boring…

  15. Pompeypheonix on July 7th, 2009 1:13 pm

    Damn it !!!

This video is gonna take weeks of work for Blu Team People like me to make up for…

Anyway,… looks like it took a lot of hard work, but it did just make the BLU team look stupid, other than making RED look good…

  16. FrEEz on July 7th, 2009 2:13 pm

    I rate it 3/5. Why?

Okay, yes it was well made and stuff, but realistically everything was horribly wrong. For example, how come the blue heavy/medic who was shooting at the demoman for 5 seconds couldn't manage to kill him? While the red heavy/medic killed like 3 people in 2 seconds o_O in the exact same situation.

I did like how it was filmed, but I wish they didn't depict the blue team that pathetically. I think it would've been better if they could somehow show good skill (e.g. a soldier rocketing a scout in the air, or a pyro rocket jumping with a reflected rocket)

  17. Vabolo on July 7th, 2009 2:54 pm

    Credits are credit to machinima!

I didn't like it, I would have liked it if it seemed more like a real match. The BLU team was portrayed as being played by morons who didn't know how to play, had only about 30 health each, and dealt no damage at all with their weapons. A single Heavy Medic pair scaring away 9 other players without ubering or anybody firing a single shot?? An Engineer who leaves his sentry without spychecking the guy near it first?? Horrible.

I do give major props to the person who made it, as it looks extremely good, they must have very great skills at making videos.

    did not enjoy =/

  20. jjenjr on July 7th, 2009 9:23 pm

Honestly i liked it. my only complaints are that I wish the blue team was actually fighting and that the pyro…….noone liked him

  21. Ryu_Bonkosi on July 8th, 2009 5:46 am

    Old but still good. 4/5

  22. Fondor on July 8th, 2009 8:11 am

To the people saying it should have been like a real match, the blue team should have done better, did you watch ANY of the official "Meet the…" whatevers? In all of them, it's the red version of the guy completely fucking up the blue team.

  23. Assassin on July 10th, 2009 12:37 pm

it looked completely believable and was in a word it was awesome.the only part that didn't look like a real game was where the whole BLU team was scared of the RED heavy and medic pair.

Umm, why did the RED scout run out of the BLU base, and then back in again? Methinks a certain someone needs to buy himself a TomTom.

  26. MercenaryBlue on September 23rd, 2009 12:23 am

This makes looks RED Team like JERKS and BLU team PATHETIC.

  27. Pyro_DarkNicto on September 29th, 2009 5:52 pm
