The You Already Failed Achievement needs to be in every M rated game with some sort of Multiplayer…Mainly CoD, GTA 4 and Halo 3….God, my ears still won't stop bleeding..

Headshoting a cloaked sniper would be awesome too, and then you could report him for hacking.
I would add you, but my PC can't handle the Orange Box, so I have the crappy cut-down 360 version. Still fun, though.

The 4th one I've gotten so many times. The Cloak and Dagger is a godsend I tell you.
Also, I've seen a lot of people who'd get the 3rd one. Often times, I pick them off because they get my name. It's also saddening if said class he's disguised as is a medic.

When I said I could have gotten the fourth one, I meant to say that a lot of others would have gotten it; I'm the cloaked spy in that case.
