The poster doesn't have battle spelled right. But that's really a spelling issue, not grammar.
Battle is spelled wrong in the picture too, the second time it is mentioned.
Batlle: noun 1. The French spelling of battle. See also: surrender.
2. A contest consisting of the timed consumption of flying mammals.
3. A word invented by the Merriam-Webster dictionary to see if anyone was actually paying attention.

Yeah, we're on it. I find it mildy amusing that he even bothered to create a new (misspelled) tag called "Bad Grammer" on a LOL-pics site, let alone for a pair of spelling mistakes which did not effect the grammar..^_^
