Not really. Family Guy is just Simpsons with more swearing and less funny. However, it does have its moments every now and again.

the Family Guy moment was when Family Guy parodied comedy shows that had the "Who else but…"
The parody shows Quagmire as a sophisticated butler, and when the host says, "I do hope nothing disturbs this very sophisticated moment," <paraphrase
he tears off his tux and pelvic thrusts in everyone's face going "Giggity giggity giggity" then it cuts to an anouncer-looking guy who says "Who else but Quagmire?" and it plays generic theme music.
So this is basically a parody of a parody.
