By "use a Pokeball," I wonder if it means to actually use a Pokeball (not an Ultra or a Master). If that's the case, that's one hard achievement. Seriously, you can only catch Pidgeys and Ratattas with Pokeballs…

Well, some Pokemon are male/female only (Nidoking/Nidoqueen for starters) so a Tank would probably be male only, the Witch female only, ect.
Then again… why are there no female special infected in the first place (Witch aside)?
