They should have had some pixel hookers on the cover.
This looks better than the TGA:SA I have for my pc! Then again, I grew up with an Atari 2600…

To me is not a representative caption of the GTA IV “experience”, I mean, plenty games in the last 20 years had an helicopter shooting. But hookers? not that much. Or maybe some drug/sex/shooting rampage/whatever in the same pic… just some ideas….
