I expected R.O.B. in a hood. What I got was unexpected, and thus, better.
    4/5

  7. FrEEz on September 23rd, 2008 9:19 pm

    ………………………………………….
PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN D; This is slightly clever, but why would rob be robin hood anyway? So either way the pun makes no sense :/. If it was link and him referred to as robin hood it would make sense since link is similar. Anyhow, i want to rate a 3, but my mind tells me to rate a 4. so fine.

  8. Animedevildog on September 23rd, 2008 9:23 pm

    *facepalm*
    Bad pun….
Good job on pic though 3/5

you have to ask your self, is it really rob or is it johnny 5 before he got his ghetto look?

  10. Pigeon Army on September 23rd, 2008 9:48 pm

    THE PUNS, THEY BURN!

Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

    I like this.
It gave me an idea of something similar but I won’t make or submit it cause no one would get it.
Hmm…. maybe I should. It would be terrible though.

  15. Lawlzftw on September 23rd, 2008 10:49 pm

    epic.
also: @ Animedevildog i thought your avatar was 2 gay guys for a second, then i remembered Japanese/Chinese (and maybe Korean? i forget) and their eccentricities of written language.

  16. Animedevildog on September 23rd, 2008 10:58 pm

    @Lawlzftw
I think it may be Japanese for yaoi… ^___^

Actually, I found it searching the web one day and got a good laugh… I decided to keep it.

  17. rikumelenium on September 23rd, 2008 11:19 pm

    lol
    …that was horrible :|

  18. CelticArbiter on September 24th, 2008 12:11 am

Haha, made me snicker a bit.

  19. Orion X on September 24th, 2008 2:35 am

Meh. I got a chuckle out of it. But, as FrEEz said, it has absolutely nothing to do with Robin Hood. Then I wanted my chuckle back.
3/5… And that’s being generous, in all honesty…

  20. Rayza B on September 24th, 2008 3:05 am

Meh. I’m afraid that’s all it is. Meh.

  21. Happy on September 24th, 2008 4:38 am

It doesn’t actually have to do with Robin Hood, guys. I mean, LINK IN PARK? What does that have to do with EMO ROCK? I mean REALLY.

Nevertheless these are some great puns, I would’ve never thought of them and right now I don’t think there’s any more. Feel free to prove me wrong.

  22. TheDJ17 on September 24th, 2008 6:25 am

Would have made more sence in a forest.

  23. Don on September 24th, 2008 8:53 am

Never knew R.O.B. was so gangsta.

  24. B-mac on September 24th, 2008 3:14 pm

So Link in Park shows Link in a park with a bunch of children, having nothing to do with the actual band. No one complains about it not being related to Linkin Park.
R.O.B in Hood shows R.O.B with a bunch of gangsters, having nothing to do with Robin Hood. A bunch of people are complaining about it not being related to Robin Hood.
    What’s wrong with you people?

  25. B-mac on September 24th, 2008 3:15 pm

I would also like to add that this pun does make perfect sense, if you know what “hood” means in this context.

  26. Blue-Chameleon on September 24th, 2008 6:09 pm

    What’s next?
    Wolf in Stein?
    .
    .
    .
    Forget it.

  27. Neon on September 24th, 2008 7:03 pm

Pure win… Or maybe I just love bad puns. $5.

  28. B-mac on September 24th, 2008 7:22 pm

    @Blue-Chameleon
HAHAH! You should make that into a picture!

  29. corrupt reaper on September 24th, 2008 7:24 pm

umm i hate to say this but these wordplay pictures are kinda lame

  30. Myrmidont on September 24th, 2008 9:42 pm

I swear to god, b-mac is like the only person on this site with sense.

  31. Happy on September 25th, 2008 5:31 am

HEY WHAT ABOUT ME I EXIST TOO

ooh, brainwave! Maybe it has to do with the complete irrelevance of the Link In Park image; like, LP’s all bout depressing shit, and then you’ve got this happy sunny playground with a random angry guy. So there’s that contrast with LP and the kids, and more contrast with the kids and Link.
Basically, that’s what makes people laugh, the complete opposites. But with this picture, we’ve got no associated emotions on either side, and no connections, yet no clear contrasts either. So it’s a bit less powerful in that sense.

Anybody see where I’m coming from? Oh well, regardless, I think I got an idea of what’s happening. And I think I killed the humour, too.
    Damn it, every single time.
