The flood don’t infect the grunts because they lack a good amount of calcium, which is required for the flood to grow those tentacles. Also, the flood won’t infect them because they are wearing armor. LAWLZORS… HALO NERDZ
Actually the flood do infect grunts you know those flood that when they get close or you kill them they explode and littler flood come out? those are infected grunts
