The more I see of the new Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe game… the more I know I’m going to hate it.
At least Kotaku was able to “spice up” some of the recent screenshots for us!

Our second place winner is actually a team… BananaDib (right) and Dr. Falcon (left)!
You have to give them credit, with five entries they were bound to make at least one we’d like! My favorite was the RRoD pumpkin (especially because it red rings in the dark!) and Alyssa’s was The Song of Time because it brought back fond memories of playing Ocarina of Time on the N64.
For second place the happy couple will be receiving a 16″x 20″ Halolz Poster (v1.1), five Wolf stickers, an Accordion Hero T-Shirt, and a Ninja-Bot shirt of their choice! Hey that works out perfectly… one shirt for each of them!

Well it took me a while to get them all sorted (also I was busy giving out candy to kids all evening and dressing my daughter up in a bee suit…) but here are the entries we received for the 2008 Pumpkin Carving Contest! Considering the short notice I gave everyone for this first year of doing it, I think the results were awesome! In fact, I thought they were so awesome that I’ve decided that all the entrants will be getting “Honorable Mention” status (which means a prize)! As for the first, second and third place winners… I’ll announce them in the next three posts!
