No Glitch, the problem is it isn't connected to the power (Yes i know Teradohn already said that but i had it in mind when i read your comment so...)

If Nintendo released a new SNES game on cartridge, I'd buy it.

Also, the problem is clearly that they didn't take it out of the case.
