There, Flareon is now somewhat useful.

Many people will tell you Flareon has no good moves, but leave it to 4chan to find a way!

  5. Captain Flavor on September 21st, 2011 8:40 pm

But… but… it was funny when a 130 base attack fire pokemon couldn't use Flare Blitz! Now I'm curious to see if this is actually possible.

  6. Ovahdrive on September 21st, 2011 8:42 pm

    Trainer sent our Flareon.
    Ace Trainer laughs.
    Flareon used Flare Blitz

Earthquake, FlareBlitz, DragonDance and Superpower on a Flareon, bitches.

  8. Tobikun on September 21st, 2011 8:46 pm

Way to go 4chan you've found a way to make Flareon useful……but can it learn fly?! On a completely unrelated note that Cromartie High School picture in the responses below the explanation made my day.

  9. MoG on September 21st, 2011 8:48 pm

…What if Charizard knew fly as well?!

…Not quite what i was expecting.

  11. Skrist on September 21st, 2011 8:50 pm

Cool… now teach Wobbuffett more than Counter, Mirror Coat, Safeguard, and Destiny Bond without Wynaut's moves!

  12. AManWithACloak on September 21st, 2011 9:15 pm

Uh… can't it learn most fire and normal moves?

  13. AuraBlaze on September 21st, 2011 9:29 pm

OBJECTION! According to my research, Eevee cannot learn Miminc! Just look at the link below! Sorry if I've killed the mood with this.

    Am I high?

  16. Releasia on September 21st, 2011 9:38 pm

AuraBlaze, actually Eevee can learn Mimic in Leaf Green/Fire Red as noted via the Move Tutor.

  17. Haite on September 21st, 2011 9:43 pm

    Videos or it didn't happened.

  18. CriticalQuit on September 21st, 2011 10:25 pm

Don't give poor Flareon false hope! I like Flareon but I never use it, and I'm rather sad it'll never be useful…

    Wait. Wut?

  24. Zipper on September 21st, 2011 11:27 pm

    Rage glitch

In Generation IV, if a transformed Pokémon uses Rage and causes the message “Rage is building” to appear, then defeats or captures the opponent, the Pokémon will permanently learn the moves it knew while transformed.

  25. Skarge on September 21st, 2011 11:30 pm

    well I'm back
this not change my opinion about flareon. I'll still have 5 dragonite and a mewtwo in my party, though

I know what I'm using in my next battle now. My friends will be so confused.

    >/vp/ having a conversation about anything other than Pokeporn
    Pick one.

  29. Cryocon on September 22nd, 2011 2:48 am

I'm sorry but that is false, mimic and transform do not work that way as they will cancel after the end of the battle. Nice try though.

  30. mascot1063 on September 22nd, 2011 4:22 am

OR! You can evolve a Flare Blitz Eevee into something that isn't Flareon B)

  31. Mr.Bla on September 22nd, 2011 4:46 am

I’m so tempted to do this

  32. SUTBComics on September 22nd, 2011 7:07 am

If this is true this is the greatest discovery of our time. Nations will fall and Arceus himself will cry as our new god Flareon lays waste to the unclean lot.

Now all we need to do is figure out how to teach a Dragonite how to use Barrier, and all will be right in the world.

  36. ProfessorLuigi on September 22nd, 2011 5:30 pm

    Yes, but will it blend?

  37. Psycroc on September 22nd, 2011 7:30 pm

    Holy Fucking Shit.

    In a good way

  38. AManWithACloak on September 27th, 2011 7:35 pm
Or you could take some effort and do this. ^

  39. S-py-ro on October 25th, 2011 10:44 pm

    :3 i gotta try dat

  40. Phoenix on May 10th, 2012 10:58 am

Makes me said I traded my shiny adamant Eevee to my White version already…

I can't believe game freak would do this to poor Flareon, look at what we have to resort to for a good move on him/her.
