If you are a Whore = Infected
If you favor one side whilest masterbating = Infected

What I learned from both L4D1 and 2 is that no matter how many times you get beaten to a pulp by zombies or clawed to death by Hunters and Witches, your clothes still look as splendid as straight from the clothing shop. Also, at least 2 groups of Survivors who have never met each other gives exactly the same name to every special Infected.
I'm going to go ahead and say the obvious.
