    It’s another DnD joke. If you don’t play, you don’t get it. I play.

    Great pic. The comment under the pic uber-ly fails, though.

    Is it just me, or is that the queerest falcon pose ever? 4/5 for the D&Dness

  8. Pigeon Army on June 21st, 2008 8:52 pm

    Falcon obviously rolled a 20 -- he’s casting that Magic Missile without a care.

    This just got me thinking -- how cool would a Super Smash Bros-themed roleplaying game be?

  12. Lekonua on June 21st, 2008 9:51 pm

    Why are you casting Magic Missile? There’s nothing to attack!

  13. Yoshara on June 21st, 2008 10:06 pm

    Uh… I’m attacking the darkness!

  14. Omegaman on June 21st, 2008 10:08 pm

    He’s attacking the Darkness!
    …..or maybe it’s Pikachu *shrugs*

    Yeah, that would be awesome! I can even think of a plot! Mario wakes up to find Peach is missing, so he goes to kick Bowser’s ass, when all of a sudden, a giant sword comes out of the sky and pierces Bowser’s castle, sending all 3 spiraling out of the castle, and sends them on a quest to destroy the evil sword, and its maker (let’s call him Smithy for the sake of argument). We can call it Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars….oh wait.

    Edit: Just saw Smash Bros. in that. *sigh* epic fail on my part, looks like.

    Missle is spelled missile…

    And what’s with all the Captain Falcon-ness? I hate that dude.

  18. Kuromatsu on June 22nd, 2008 1:31 am

    @Pidgeon Army

    There’s always Game Maker, or something like that.

  19. spuzman00 on June 22nd, 2008 1:35 am

    Oops, I cant believe I mis-spelled missile. Now I feel dumb. >.<
    Thanks for pointing that out. ;)

    Would have been better if it wasnt abusing the motivational format.

  23. Pauld'Arbonne on June 22nd, 2008 2:47 pm

    Hmm, I’m guessing the fireball is the soccerball item after its been hit flying past Captain Falcon while he performs his oh so famous “Show Me Your Moves” taunt. Either way I like it. It’s a cute joke.

    @Pigeon Army

    If it was Epic like the music in Brawl made everyone think Brawl was going to be, than yeah that’d be awesome. However, I’m still pissed at how not-epic brawl was. Yeah, alot of Nintendo characters saving their world. So? That combat in the cutscenes were bleh at best.

  25. B-mac on June 23rd, 2008 9:12 pm

    Actually, it is a projectile fired from a Cracker Launcher.

  26. CJ on June 23rd, 2008 10:35 pm

    What’s the difference?
