who stayed up last night watching Toonami?
Blame me for only having ONE tv in the house that has Cartoon Network, and even if I wanted to watch my pissy aunt would tell me to go to sleep even though there's no volume or lights in the room.
I was looking forward to the comeback of Brotherhood and Bebop personally. Casshern Sins and Deadman Wonderland sounded interesting. What are your thoughts, fellow Halolzers?

Other P.S.: If the ratings get much better I personally really hope they don't air PSG. The most overrated anime of all time. Hope they can squeeze in some Golden Boy or GaoGaiGar instead. Anything but that and Bleach.

I didn't mind what I actually watched honestly I had it on for the first three shows on mute since they had 0 interest to me. Especially bleach. I just wanted to support it so it would stay I mainly watched FMA:B and Ghost in the Shell which I happen to enjoy. But yeah they could get some better shows. I would've watched Bebop but I have it on DVD and it was the first episode. Which I've watched SO MANY TIMES. But yeah replace bleach at least and then you'll have better lineup. Maybe Big O as you said or the good version of One Piece.
We don't have Toonami here in Sweden, instead we get TCM when Cartoon Network goes to sleep at 21:00. It sucks! :/

For Deadman Wonderland, it was actually pretty good (the only enoying part was all the censored wounds and stuff :P); I've watched the anime and I've read the manga up to the latest release/issue just yesterday. I seriously hope they make a 2nd season of the anime!
P.S.: While we're poking around this topic; do you (or anyone else) know any manga and/or anime that you would recommend? D.S.

I'm in another country, so i couldn't watch it. Followed a forum, though.
Bleach *has* to air because Adult Swim bought a shitload of rights so they can't waste their little money on not airing it.
Afterwards there was Deadman Wonderland, apparently it was fucking creepy and insane, but so insane that it went to hilarity. Then Casshern Sins, which was fairly good.
There was a game review, too. But there weren't that many bumpers.
All in all, gotta get those ratings up so that Toonami gets more budget and therefor gets better.
This game, will surpass every other game in the universe.

This would be the most amazing thing in the history of forever, and needs to happen now or I will kill this puppy.
Toonami was just as good as I remember it form back in the day, and I'm just as pissed that they didn't play some of my old favourites. Fortunately though, bleach isn't getting any more anime episodes, so it wont be too long before we get something else that is hopefully better.

Heroman and Squid Girl (It's really not what you think it is).
Take your pick, can't go wrong with either. Although Squid Girl gets annoying with squid puns in the second season, it's still good. Besides why not get reminded of Halolz everywhere you go?
Is his instrument in this game the tormented screams of his victims? Or is it some acoustic minstrel guitar?
They still have to go through the rest of this arc, the rest of the Aizen arc, then like 2 filler arcs and it's over. So, my guess is, a year or so's time and Bleach will be GONE!
Plus, we need some Yu Yu Hakusho. I still need to finish it and it's fucking Yu Yu Hakusho!

GaoGaiGar was only dubbed halfway, so that's not likely. Which is sad because not only did they stop just before it got truly great, it was a dub that was actually well done.

I was so happy to see all of my campaigning pay off. Seeing TOM back was awesome enough, I didn't watch FMA: Brotherhood because I just started watching it online the other day (hopefully I'll catch up), but I love seeing Bebop on Toonami finally, it's just so perfect. As far as new shows go, Deadman had a great start, and I wasn't expecting that much from it, on the other hand, Casshern Sins seems to be off to a slow start, but it's a longer series so it has time to get good. I'll definitely be watching again next week.
As for returning old shows, apparently their budget sucks, but I've come up with an idea that I might try to send to the guys who run Toonami, If anyone can tell me how to get to them, and if you guys can give me some feedback on it. Here it is:
Toonami kickstarter race:
We've all heard of games getting funded through kickstarter, so why not let Toonami get some fan funding that way too? I think they should make 1 kickstarter for each of, say, 3-5 of their classic shows (like DBZ, Gundam Wing, Yu Yu Hakusho, etc.) and set a date to end them all. At the end, the one with the most money in pledges gets selected to be added to the lineup, and the money goes towards buying the rights to the show, and making the block better in general (more bump animations, music videos, game reviews, and maybe even bringing back SARA). So what do you guys think?

Actually, if you zoom right in, you can see that he is holding the sword, just in a rather awkward position.
Plus, if you look at his scabbard, you'll see that the top of the scabbard is fine (a bit too dark) but the bottom has twisted round (and changed to a different art style). Out of all of my friends, I was the first to know about the return, I immediately posted it on Facebook, texted my closest friends and everyone. The problem is that although everybody thought I was awesome for letting me know, I wasn't able to join ANY of them in the celebratory comeback of one of the greatest anime hubs of all time…I DO NOT HAVE CABLE.
Can't afford anything because the economy sucks, college tuition is a bitch, and it's not wise to pay for 500 channels of which you're only going to watch maybe 20 of at most. Honestly, I really like the idea of only paying for the channels you WANT to watch. I'd only pay for that and the news. Maybe G4 too.
