The card that’s so powerful and so legendary, it had to be banned from tournament play!

Too bad… it still can't hit ghost types.

  2. ThatOneDude on January 24th, 2012 12:50 pm

I remember having that card, then I traded it for a Missingno. Card…

  7. MorningMoon on January 24th, 2012 1:03 pm

Someone once played Exodia on me, I showed him this card; I never lost any card game.

Guys? Can I come back in?

  9. Chimental on January 24th, 2012 1:27 pm

Obviously fake. Joey's Rattata cannot be contained within mere cardboard.

  10. CriticalQuit on January 24th, 2012 1:27 pm

He's so powerful he broke the text boxes!

  11. TomQuoVadis on January 24th, 2012 1:29 pm

    Weak against fighting?

FALSE. Joey's Rattatta has no weaknesses.

  12. Shatman on January 24th, 2012 1:33 pm

Joey's Rattata evolves to Arceus at level 55.

You may chose beetwen discard the top card of the deck of your opponent.

    Joey has terrible spelling.

Ok. Now I want the forums back up so I can link when I posted this months ago. But for now here's a picture of a duck.

I saw a little kid with this card and traded him my shiny charizard for it. What an idiot.

  18. TransPM on January 24th, 2012 3:04 pm

Obviously fake… they miss-spelled "badass" where it says "basic pokemon"

  19. MasterLuigi452 on January 24th, 2012 3:05 pm

A card breaking the 4th wall?

I just had a wicked awesome idea. What if Nintendo decided to manufacture AR Pokémon cards? The 3DS could show the attack animation in Augmented Reality, and you could take snapshots during duels, and the game would automatically calculate damage and everything. No need for counters, dice, or anything!!! Just the cards, you, your Nintendo 3DS, and your game face. Hell, they could make the cards HUGE. Then you could have people playing outside and it would look totally badass.

Joey's Rattata is better than your Mew, your Lugia, and your damn Lucario.

Remember when you actually paid attention to the pokemon card game? Yeah, me niether.

  28. Prof_AJ on January 24th, 2012 10:17 pm

Okay, this card is cool but the card designer missed out on some card details.

1st- it shouldn't say "Basic Pokemon", it should say "LEGEND"
2nd- when a card has a Poke-Power, each word in the title is capitalized (such as Lugia LEGEND's Ocean Grow)
3rd- the attack name should receive the same treatment with capitalization
4th- the art should not cover the copyright information found on the bottom of each card (or the left side when viewing them together like this)
5th- the power and attack needs better wording, (remove 4 counters, then choose to either discard the top card of your opponent's deck or discard an energy attached to the defending Pokemon) (discard your opponent's hand)
6th- weakness, resistance, and retreat cost should not be capitalized.
7th- the energy symbols are usually rotated in LEGEND cards (though it is possible they are, with the colorless symbol's design)
8th- no set number or symbols

  31. qwefg on January 25th, 2012 6:42 am

Wait a year and something even more powerful will make him worthless.

(pokemon cards before 3rd or wth season are now (censered) worthless)
