The only thing funnier than this joke is the non-LoL players whose heads it's sailing right over.
For their sake, I'll be the ass who ruins the joke by explaining it. The girl is a playable character named Annie, who can cast a spell which turns her teddy bear into a giant grizzly bear on fire. "Have you seen my bear Tibbers?" is something like her catchphrase. The bandanna man is called Lee Sin, the Blind Monk.
You owe me five dollars if you went "Ah…" in your thoughts.
I know perfectly well the two characters.
I just didn't even consider such a horrible joke would make it on to halolz…

Au contraire I believe there are many things funnier than this. It was fairly obvious what the joke was simply by the poorly placed faces. Did you deserve to get thumbs downed by this? No. But for some 5 dollars is a hefty price. (+1's back to +1)

OK, while old, the actual joke (asking a blind man where something is) is mildly amusing, and adding LOL to it makes the fanboys giggle with delight, I just don't understand why in the hell the Inception comic template was used. It does more to confuse the reader than to entertain.
However, if you WANT us to, maybe you could post something INTERESTING about it instead of… this.

the joke would have been better off in comic form, or even with just the two icons. having it in the inception joke layout makes no sense since it doesn't have anything to do with the word "inception" or the facial expressions on the characters (especially since they are covered by the icons.)

Due to a chain of small unnoticed events, this actually happened to a friend of mine. Between a gasleak in the cupboard and his OCD tendency to put the cereal directly from the bag into the box and his asshole roommate tossing half finished cigarettes at the sink (and missing), the milk made the smoldering gas flavored cornflakes act like a grease fire.
