And if you look closely at the eyes of the spy coloring the purty pictures you will notice he is taking too much a dosage of HATS! (Unlikely.. but possible)
This would never happen to a BLU team spy. They just use the Mann Co. paper quick adjustment device when a new hat appears.

Alright… now this is getting a little outrageous.
I mean, I do a lot of art projects (for my college courses) with crayon and colored pencil.
There are three things that are infinite: universe, human stupidity, and TF2 hats. And I'm not too sure about the universe.
