Actually, Ganon can be considered just as much of a hipster as the other two. Along with every other stereotype of the hipster trend, it's claimed that, while most hipsters do indeed shun mainstream clothes and accessories, they have a weakness to Apple brand products such as the iPhone. This idea has fueled claims of hipsters being hypocritical in their lifestyle.
Seriously though, everything I've learned about the hipster culture I've heard from criticisms and jokes from the internet. I've only met 2 or 3 people in my life who'd be considered close to the hipster stereotype, and yet everyone on the internet has a say about their lifestyle.

The thing that discredits this, though, is the generic line. It has nothing to do with Fluttershy, so the fact that the image is fluttershy is mere novelty, and the joke comes accross as failed niche. If the words were in some way related to MLP, particularly to Fluttershy in general, the image would be far funnier.
