Castle? Bah. I am building a giant Gurren around my spawn. I will live in its face.

    "It's a trap!", indeed.

  5. Paulrus-Keaton? on February 2nd, 2011 8:47 pm

Also, the caption reminded me of the opening joke to Yahtzee's review of Minecraft.
I know you've already seen it. Shut face.

  6. MagmarFire on February 2nd, 2011 8:47 pm

    I don't have Minecraft. :(

But I did pretty much spend the day playing Tales, so it's all good.

Ironic that this would be posted on a day from when the power in my house turned back on after being off for four hours. From an ice storm that my college never had a day off from. *sobs*

Have you ever procrastinated so much (Playing Minecraft of course) that you fall behind on an important project? Just follow these simple steps to save yourself from getting that embarrassing grade in class!

-Make something amazing about your project in Minecraft

-Make a ton of pictures so it takes up pages (That is if your project requires a set number of pages.)

-Do a little one page summary of the object and what it has to do with your project.

-Enjoy free 100's! (Or at least a 90 or something…)

Make sure to put some creeper traps though, don't wanna undo your hard work.

I think that Minecraft should be a requirement for any architechture major. That way, you're technically doing homework.

  12. Angemon300 on February 2nd, 2011 9:06 pm

    Minecraft is and always was

    *5 minutes later*
    Was I doing something?

  13. Grammar Berzerker on February 2nd, 2011 9:06 pm

    I'm Canadian and what's a snow day?

  14. tmotom on February 2nd, 2011 9:09 pm

Actually, I started my AP Stats homework, finished my castle and then finished my Stats homework.

  15. Red on February 2nd, 2011 9:21 pm

Today I built a castle, and am 90% finished a home, dug down into a mountain* (just 3 rooms though).
    I can totally relate

  16. DM1293 on February 2nd, 2011 9:23 pm

I'd like to reiterate my earlier comments of "I spent time building shit I can't save" and "most of it being lava-heated homes".

  17. RoverTHX on February 2nd, 2011 9:28 pm

I'm trapped in the snow, and I DON'T EVEN HAVE MINECRAFT.
well I guess I call Stay up late playing on MS Paint long enough to think I'm playing minecraft.

I spent the whole day working on this:

Instead of making models for my animation class. (That tall tower is 7 floors high now. The others will be as well upon completion.)

Gonna take a looooooot of wood for this thing. Deforestation, ho!

  20. Sir_Nox on February 2nd, 2011 10:18 pm

Bah, you can learn plenty in Minecraft.

This is a cube, a three-dimensional shape made up of six square faces. Each cube in minecraft has the dimensions of ___ feet length and width. So, this giant phalicy, which we will assume is has the dimensions of ___ x ___, would be made out of how many blocks of Gold?

There, you just learned some Geometry while building a giant golden penor.

Also, should I be weirded out by the fact that I just spent this whole snow-day playing minecraft and just got off of it to find this submission?

  21. quaker171 on February 2nd, 2011 10:24 pm

Somebody give me a link to something insanely funny. I desperately need to laugh right now.

  22. invadingduck on February 2nd, 2011 10:55 pm

    Snowmageddon and Minecraft combine.
Production is lost for the week.

  23. Xyxoz on February 2nd, 2011 11:03 pm

For those of you who remember another comment I made on a Minecraft submission, I started playing Spore again today.

  24. Alpar on February 2nd, 2011 11:30 pm

    >Get snow day at school today

    >See this submission

  25. FungiGamer on February 2nd, 2011 11:33 pm

I wouldn't be laughing so much if this wasn't specifically what I said several days ago during a snowstorm….

  26. BlurrySandwich on February 3rd, 2011 1:27 am

  27. Macross2020 on February 3rd, 2011 1:44 am

Hey, even though it is a snow day, someone has to feed the spiders…with fire.

  28. Tadferd on February 3rd, 2011 2:51 am

Once I figured out how to make efficient tree farms, I stopped having a reason to leave my caves.

I am now one of the mole people… -.-

  29. Leo E. on February 3rd, 2011 11:14 am

Me: "Ugh, I've just spent the last few hours shoveling… time to unwind. I'll get back to Minecraft and finish excavating the area around the Moriya shrine."

*starts shoveling out areas covered in snow*

    "…Deja vu?"

  30. Jimmy on February 3rd, 2011 4:14 pm
