That way, he'll know a way of sending the Recycle Bin to the Recycle Bin, successfully deleting your recycle bin by dropping it in the Recycle bin, thus creating a computer paradox that will enlighten our Deleting Fellow and let him Forget Amnesia.

As awesome as that comment is, my Poke'nerdity is acting up, so…
No one expected a second generation 'till the anime came out, and as such, there was no need for a move deleter in generation 1. It came out so people could trade to G1, as it wouldn't accept G2 updates without bugging out. However, it remained in the later generations because people figured out that it was the only way to forget unwanted HM moves, despite this not being it's original purpose.
If this is true, then your statement, as it lacks capitalization in the beginning, is an extension of the previous comment. This would mean that your response is, in fact, the truth, and that the first sentence of each reply to it would be false, thus falsifying this statement.
