basically:
-Things are submitted to Shawn
-Shawn ads the halolz tag to allow others to know where it has been posted here (changing nothing else of the image)
-Shawn posts the image as it was sent to him with the addition of the tag, and credits provided by the sender.
Credit that was given was what was sent in along with the image. It appears that the creator of the image was credited. The sender probably cropped off the Graph Jam logo before sending it in, so if anyone is to blame it's the sender (who also seems to be the creator of the image).

Well you are right that we can't call it our site. But hey, we are the community of this site, and if one person tries to attack the site, then we go on the defensive. Check out the forums, large and tight group of people who will side with Halolz in case there is an injustice. Don't go trolling here or the forum because we will fight back. And next time think before accusing. Like what TCC said, Shawn just gets the images and adds the Halolz watermark. The sender is the one who removes the tags from other site because they choose to. So think twice before coming here and think that Shawn would actually steal other people's work.
