As a D&D Player myself, I find this chart to be quite inaccurate.
Neutral Good, Lawful Neutral, True Neutral, Neutral Evil and Chaotic Evil are the only ones accurately portrayed.
Lawful Evil is actually Lawful Neutral, showing no preference towards good or evil, using only what's provided.
Chaotic Neutral does not equate to Chaotic Stupid. Any alignment could be unknowing of mechanics. The displayed quote for Chaotic Good better suits Chaotic Neutral.
Lawful Good would report without word, and then proceed to hunt that person down the entire match.

Chaotic Neutral and Chaotic Good are definitely wrong. Lawful Good seems somewhat accurate, though. A Lawful Good character would think twice before going for retribution.

I think the idea they had for LE is he's blatiently using unfair tactics and weapons, and if anyone calls him out on it, he says that it's in the game, and therefore legal. He would equally call care package glitching "legal."
Your opinion of LG seems closer to Lawful Stupid. While I would agree they would report without warning, they would probably not be so vindictive, leaving most the punishment to the admins.
Yeah LE and LN should be switched, ironically. Chaotic Good is fine; he's going after people who make the game a bit annoying and boring, even if it isn't the most evil sort of people he could go after. Nobody said Chaotic Good people had to be polite either, just going after a general sort of evil. Chaotic Neutral is merely filling the gap I think; He's sort of saying things that aren't really good or evil, but still he's going to spam it to get answers.
Lawful Good is fine, since he IS warning them.
Neutral Evil is ironic, since this statement applies to any game where you don't get assists. In short I don't know any other game than TF2.
True Neutral is funny and perfectly portrayed in "I have no idea how to act this one out without just taking off his headset."
Now! For Chaotic Neutral to be better portrayed…I would think he would say "EAT AIR STRIKE ENEMY TEAM" Since he would just nuke without thinking of his own team in the area. Kinda like a Sorcerer or blast-happy Wizard.
