Newer Nintendos are actually made out of a cheaper alloy of Nintendium for cost reasons. The Gameboy Advance SP and Gamecube were the last to be made with 100% nintendium.
So instead of being able to survive, say, a 500lb bomb going off, they can now only endure a short fall from the top of the a 20 story building
