Compared to most animes, and I use what little about the anime Godannar as an example, FLCL is more…. say… mild. The boobies don't fly around everywhere everytime a young female walks a foot. But the robot factor you got me on. In most animes, the robots are piloted by some brooder or some aforementioned rack with legs.

I watched FLCL recently, and it confused the mother fucking SHIT outta me. I didn't understand it, except that robots popped out of his head, and some woman with a guitar smacks him around.
