Now it has been a while since I've played these two games but, I'm almost positive that Ganondorf isn't actually in Link's Awakening nor is he in Majora's Mask. In Link's Awakening I recall during the final battle there is a shadow of Ganon as one of the many things the final boss changes into, but it's not actually him. It's supposed to be a memory of him or something along those lines. As for Majora's Mask, I don't remember him being in the game at all either.

Hmm…maye a tie between Ganondorf and Robotnik? Robotnik has been blown up enough times to officially have over 9000 death certificates.

Too many. But I maintain; Ganondorf has been turned to stone, flooded out TWICE, sealed away, stabbed through the chest (and he pulled the sword out AND KEPT IT), killed twice more, and he keeps coming back.

Actually, i think Dr. Robotnik has to be the most persistent. Except for Sonic and the Black Knight, Sonic Eraser: Tails Adventure, and Tails Skypatrol, Robotnik has been one of if not the villain in every Sonic game made.
