Or, Spy could have shot dead sniper from a cannon with a long knife through his back and sniper got stuck to the wall. Sniper's blood had had a few days to dry, so it wasn't oozing out all over the wall. Plus, Medic and Soldier can't see that his front side is flat as a pancake. Sniper died a few days ago, so the blu team didn't see him at the last staff meeting.
P.S, The Spy doesn't seem to know how to spell 'Gentlemen'
