Hmm… I guess there’s a slight chance it could be useful. Well good thing Link can carry like, a hundred tools with him during his adventures!

    Ex Dee!

  3. MexicanJuice on March 20th, 2009 8:29 am

Hahaha, I see I wasn't the only person who immediately thought of that comic.

  4. Paulrus on March 20th, 2009 7:05 am

Let's hear it for Zelda items. One button, a fire arrow. The other, a tradeable eyeball. The other, a drinkable Poe that causes "Army of Darkness"-esque head growing.

And this is a first post. Of doom. Yay.

    truly nice

I believe the first words that came out of my mouth when I used that were, "HOLY S**T!"

  7. Aidan on March 20th, 2009 1:26 pm

If only Link had this in the ocarina of time…. the final fight would have been epic.

  10. Glitch on March 20th, 2009 3:48 pm

The best part is that this is really useful, of course any cane can flip stuff over, thats what the hook on the end is for.

Whoopdy-freakin'-do. One of my fingers can do tha exact same thing. Oh wait, flip things OVER?

  13. NoirOrion on March 20th, 2009 12:30 pm

Zelda's probably one of the only franchises that makes really pointless items extremely NECESSARY.

Case in point: The Spinner. Who saw THAT thing coming when they first played Twilight Princess?

  14. MrRaccoon on March 20th, 2009 4:36 pm

Now that I think of it, Link must have some huge pants to carry all those items
"Is that a rod in your pocket or are you happy to see me?"

  15. MasqueNoMercy on March 20th, 2009 5:30 pm

and yes, i AM happy to see you

  16. MrRaccoon on March 20th, 2009 5:58 pm

  18. Shieldman on March 20th, 2009 9:52 pm

One Cooking Mama series is enough.

  19. hotrods4ben on March 20th, 2009 9:52 pm

Oh I've seen that comic for sure :D

  20. Gamegeneral on March 20th, 2009 10:12 pm

You know, a rod that can flip things over. That's an innuendo in and of itself.
Here, baby. Check out my rod. *flip*
Yeah, it doesn't need to be said past that point.

  21. Gamegeneral on March 20th, 2009 10:12 pm

But you're right. I didn't see it coming.

  22. MexicanJuice on March 20th, 2009 10:41 pm

What are you, nuts? Sure, the Cane of Pacci let you high jump, but the Dominion Rod let you command gigantic hammer-wielding statues. Instant win.

  24. BlueChameleon on March 22nd, 2009 12:33 am

  25. Vabolo on March 22nd, 2009 1:39 pm

I wouldn't suggest using your rod to flip burgers.
