in left 4 dead, you can get a quick health boost when your health is down using the pills item which is found around the level… when your health is low you walk slower but with the pills although temporary, will give you enough health to walk fast enough to ya know… run away from zombies… the computers (or you) can yell out where the pills are and they usually just yell "PILLS HERE!"
