If the way I get it now is correct, it sucks.

De-demotivate it, and put a normal caption there of something the spy says that's not related to an already widely known concept this has nothing to do with. "I was never on your side!" or something.

I get the joke (which isnt that good) but what kills me is that this is not a motivational poster. In fact alot of halolz submissions hav been said to be but are not.
A Motivational poster (or joke of it) is a non-caption picture with a black border, then in the lower border there is a noun (not a line) and below that in a smaller font is a definition of said noun.
I have to say I am SICK of people screwing up something that simple.

Um what? This is very unclear. It looks nothing like a backstab, and the caption is very unfitting. Sorry but i don't even know how to improve it, the picture doesn't have anything useful.

Maybe a sideshot would improve it? I think this came really close to being good, but it just wasn't. It took me a few seconds to figure out what it was, too.
