Pfft. Everyone says lesbians, but one of the catagories is clearly “Best Friends 4-Eva”. And the “True Love” tag is just because it has a heart. Girls are always closer with eachother than guys, because guys on the internet are typically perverts that can’t get their minds outta the gutter. That poor, filthy, unholy gutter… Why do you think that most quality artists on dA are female?
Although, I’m not speaking for the 12 year old girls that think yaoi is hot.They’re like rabid, short-tempered monsters. Disagree with them, and then you get spam from them saying “F*** YOU!” or something.
But there ARE good hearted men out there that are saying this sort of thing as a joke. Those are either gay, or just nice. They’re the kind that consider a woman’s feelings before they go shooting their mouths off and angering the woman.

I try to laugh at those things, but when people think a friendly thing is gay/les, when it’s clearly not, I just can’t. Also, the internet needs a way to let people know when people are joking. Like those people that say: “OMGLAWLZYOUSUCKYOURMOM!!11eleven!”, it’s clear that they’re joking. It’s also easier if you use italics, or bold lettering. Or, my personal favorite, when people say “/sarcasm” at the ends of their sentences.
Plus, in actual defense, I just enjoy ranting and seeing the reactions. Seems that nowadays, the only way to get a response is to spend time on your comments.
(If you think this is all too defensive, it might be because I’m a little sensitive today. Sorry for troubling you people.)

Lol. I will admit, “Lulz, Lesbians.” is one of the first things that went through my head, just because of the multiple samus lesbian jokes i have heard. That and how when I was younger when the first SSB game came out, I didn’t know metroid very well, and thought samus was a guy. Those thoughts came back, I still remember my reaction…

I will say one of the other things I thought about the same time and one before the les thought is how much time that must have taken, and how cool that looks. That and black zero suit looks good, i might have to play that instead of standard from now on.

Just because one is a christian doesn’t mean they can’t laugh every now and then at those kind of les/gay comments. If it is flat out offensive, it isn’t always right. But sometimes (guy or girl), people just make the joke out of good fun. Not to be offensive. I’m a Christian as well and I laughed and had a thought like that as a joke. It wasn’t to be offensive or anything, and it doesn’t make me a bad christian or a bad person.
Intent makes a big difference.
