It came from a UK PC gaming mag, PC Zone, years back.

I scanned a copy in a posted it on 4chans /b/ board about the same time.

Doesn’t look like the version I scanned in thou, looks cleaner. Still made me giggle.

They also did a BioShock one. Big Daddys House, staring Martin Lawrence!
