I had quite a few submissions with this screenshot from the recently announced “Sonic Unleashed” game… but somehow I found the one by Acer with the joke about diarrhea medicine the funniest. GO FIGURE!

It’s from an old medicine commercial. Would show someone doing something important, like giving a speech, then they suddenly make that Sonic face and it says “When will your diarrhea kick in?”

It doesn’t even need a caption. Got plenty of lawlz on its own without one. Some pictures are just really hard to caption properly.

You know, thinking now, I think I should have put ‘My ass is a river of blood’ but this popper into my head right then, as for the image quality, and text, its suppose to look crappy, to stick to the theme.
